Gulmar Offshore Middle East is certified for ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and demonstrates its commitments in Project Management capabilities.
Compliance to statutory, contractual and internal requirements is ensured through Contract reviews, Document preparation checks; Internal quality surveillance; Compliance measurements; Timely action for identified deviations and Management reviews.
A suitable blend of internal verifications and audits of organisational units through quality system audits, quality system evaluations, compliance audits and quality surveillance are planned and implemented.
At the end of a project or at agreed periods the experience accumulated is reviewed and reports are established to provide management with sufficient information to be able to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality system.
Gulmar Offshore is a permanent member of International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) for Diving and Marine Divisions. Our skills and resources meet the best international standards and industry practices.
 As vessel owners and managers it’s our prime responsibility to ensure best practices when in territorial and international waters. Gulmar Offshore is certified for ISM/ISPS code and adheres to applicable norms.
Dedicated Marine department is responsible for the upkeep of the assets and maintaining the ISM system.
Proactive Health & Safety is the core strength of Gulmar. We believe that all accidents can be avoided through good work practices and top of the mind awareness. All employees at Gulmar, contribute to the health and safety culture. Gulmar Offshore is certified to the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
